Under God’s Mighty Hand

Not too long ago, the pandemic hindered us from visiting certain mission fields.

Here's a look back at what God did once the doors were opened again: The incredible outcomes of a 3-day medical mission in South Asia last Aug 28 – Aug 30, 2023.

Over 90% of the people the team served had the opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. Please pray fervently that the seeds of faith planted during this mission trip will bear abundant fruit in the hearts of those reached.

The team, composed of our South Asian local partners and CCF Beyond STM volunteers, had initially expected to cater to around 600 people. However, God had bigger plans. They were able to serve a total of 1,200 individuals, twice as many as they had initially anticipated. 

God's hand was evident throughout our journey. One team member couldn't join them from Manila, and she happened to be the pharmacist. Simultaneously in South Asia, another pharmacist, who had initially declined the invitation, confirmed her attendance due to a government holiday coinciding with the camp!

Though left behind, the team’s supposed pharmacist selflessly pledged her entire fund for the team instead. This allowed the them to provide necessary medicines, hygiene kits, and meals for volunteers despite the unexpected increase in numbers.
