Short-Term Missions

Embark on a life-changing experience with CCF Beyond's Short-Term Mission Trip (STM). Join a team of dedicated individuals as you journey to different communities around the world to make a positive impact through service projects, cultural immersion, and spreading the message of God’s hope and love. Short-Term Missions Requirements

  • Must be a Dgroup Leader

  • Fit to Travel (Medical certificates may be necessary). 

  • Passport Holder (Valid for at least 6 months beyond the STM travel dates). 

  • At least 20 years old and above. 

  • Endorsed by Dgroup Leader and/or a CCF Pastor. 

  • Willing and able to raise funds. 

  • Has filled out the STM Application Form. 

  • Able to pass the recruitment process. 

  • Able to finish all STM Training

*This can be a good opportunity for Dgroups too! 

- Non-Dgroup leaders can also join if they travel with their Dgroup leaders, given that they’re a member of   a Dgroup for at least 6 months.

**On Special STM Trips, non-Dgroup leaders may join STM provided that they should be accompanied by their respective Dgroup leaders.

  1. Fill out Application Form:

  2. Applicants are shortlisted based on their skills and background relevance to STM teams. An email notification will be sent upon selection. 

  3. Once a candidate is considered for an STM Team, a request for background information and endorsement will be forwarded to the respective Dgroup Leader and/or CCF Pastor.  

  4. Teams will initiate routine meetings for orientation, training, team development, and other STM preparations.

  • Safety & Emergency Protocols 

  • Other Travel Reminders & Checklists 

  • Pre and Post STM Requirements 

  • Introduction to Missions 

  • Partnership Development / Fund Raising Pointers & Reminders 

  • Team Roles & Dynamics

Short-Term Missions FAQs

  • -To provide teams and resources in support of our existing or potential International Ministries and Missions Partners.

    -To provide CCF congregation with opportunities to engage in cross-cultural missions, either by going on missions themselves or by supporting individuals to participate.

  • STM trips typically span from around 1 to 2 weeks only.

  • CCF Beyond covers all CCF’s ministries & initiatives outside the Philippines. This means that STM trips are mostly held in foreign countries.
